We design your processes. Then we code them.
KODIT was born in Abidjan in September 2024, where industrial engineering, operations and design meet. We build the systems that run West Africa’s small and mid-sized businesses.
The missing link was the code.

AI removes the lock
We come from operations. Industrial plants, restaurants, sales and marketing, graphic design and packaging: years on the ground running businesses and seeing where they lose time, money and information. Designing a system is a reflex for us. That’s what led us to found KODIT in September 2024.
The first two years were hard. We knew exactly what to build, but developers had to grasp the operational vision to execute it the way we had designed it. Part of it always got lost along the way, and every project moved at the pace of that bottleneck.
Today, AI has removed that lock. The people who design the process are the people who build the software, and nothing gets lost in between. What began as a side project has become a full-time company, with products in use and projects underway.
We’re not an agency learning your business. We’re operations engineers who write the software.
Our method comes from the factory floor.
Industrial engineering is at the heart of our team. Years of optimising processes in industrial settings taught us a discipline: start from the data, measure, correct, control. Six Sigma and Kaizen guide every system we design.
- 1
Define
We pinpoint where your business loses time, money or information.
- 2
Measure
We record how things work today: lead times, errors, double entry.
- 3
Analyse
We trace causes, not symptoms.
- 4
Improve
We design the target process, then build it into the software.
- 5
Control
Dashboards and alerts make the gains last.
Then we start again. That’s Kaizen: small, continuous improvements guided by your own data. A KODIT system is never frozen.
